These terms govern your use of VoiceBee, a voice-to-text application built by ByteBee. By downloading, installing, or using VoiceBee on any platform (macOS, Windows, iOS, or Android), you agree to these terms.
VoiceBee is a voice dictation application available on macOS, Windows, iOS, and Android. It converts speech to text using cloud AI processing. On desktop, VoiceBee also supports local AI (Whisper) for on-device transcription. On iOS, VoiceBee is a system-wide keyboard extension.
Desktop (macOS/Windows): Billing is handled via Stripe. You can cancel your subscription at any time from the app settings.
iOS (App Store): Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID via the App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited upon purchasing a subscription.
Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. For App Store purchases, refunds are subject to Apple's refund policy.

Our stuff: VoiceBee, its name, logo, code, and design are owned by ByteBee. You get a license to use the app — not ownership of it.
Your stuff: You own your transcriptions. We don't claim any rights to the text VoiceBee produces for you. Your content is yours.
VoiceBee is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do our best to deliver accurate transcriptions, but we can't guarantee 100% accuracy. Speech recognition depends on many factors — microphone quality, background noise, accent, and language.
Don't rely on VoiceBee for critical use cases (medical, legal, safety) without reviewing the output.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ByteBee is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of VoiceBee. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You can stop using VoiceBee at any time by uninstalling the app and canceling your subscription. We may also terminate or suspend your access if you violate these terms. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund any unused prepaid subscription time.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we'll notify you through the app or by email at least 30 days before they take effect. Continuing to use VoiceBee after changes means you accept the new terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Thessaloniki, Greece.
